Very practical room with coffee and tea facilities. Good amount of daylight and option of opening the window rather than having to use aircon. Excellent walk in shower.

Theres always a mix up with payment. We ordered in room breakfast so that we wont have to wake up too early and queue at the resto. But what happened was, we received an early morning call from the front desk, asking us to come down to settle the payment for the breakfast so that the breakfast will be brought to our room. I found this really rude. It was our first night and fees could have been settled during the day or during check out. Another not so good experience is the breakfast tray. After eating, we requested that the tray be picked up/tidied up but no one was getting it. We left 3 days later it is still in our room. We called everyday for pick up but we always get a yes response but no one came to pick it up. We request for cleaning of the room, the room ks regularly cleaned but they skip the table and breakfast tray.

From the moment we walked into Double Tree we were greeted with excellence. Staff were beautiful - we were even given a warm choc chip cookie on arrival. Facilities clean and modern. Room was definitely large enough for 2x adults and 1x child - we were sightseeing mostly so only used for recovery and rest. Our son's foldaway bed was good quality and comfy - all linen supplied very good quality. Location ideal - right beside Victoria station and coaches. 30min stroll to Buckingham Palace. Buffet breakfast was lovely and fresh every morning - dining room spacious.

We were traveling back to London at Gatwick airport but needed to fly out from Heathrow airport. Was picking a midpoint without too much of transferring. This location is great as far as 1 stop from Gatwick to London Victoria. Hotel is right outside of the train station. One staff made us feel very welcoming. Talking to us and remembered us on the next day. So many customers a day and didn't think he would remember. The bed is comfortable. Crabtree products in the bathroom.

The staff were fantastic. So friendly and helpful and we received a warm welcome on arrival. The restaurant has been refurbished and is bright and spotlessly clean. The hotel is very convenient for going across the road to Victoria train station when you have booked a trip on the British Belmond train. Our twin room was clean and comfortable with a fabulous view over Victoria Station but you don't hear the trains. Excellent sound proof windows. Very good breakfast- caters for all allergies including Gluten and Wheat Free and they have decaffeinated tea and coffee.

Perfect location for exploring London. Professional and friendly staff throughout the hotel.. Excellent choice for Breakfast buffet.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was a doable walk from Victoria Coach Station while managing a very heavy suitcase and bag. The room was quiet, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable!

Location is perfect for train and theater. The concierge was very helpful and friendly and invested in helping you out and being practical.
